A friendly, personal service; a member of our team will be available to talk to about any aspect of your holiday. Our telephone enquiry lines are open from 8 am until 6 pm Monday - Friday and 8 am until 6pm on Saturdays, 10am until 4pm on Sundays.
Mechanical support - Repair or replace.
All of our holidays can be supported by The Bike Bus. The Bus comes with a qualified cycle mechanic on-board, so you'll be fully supported if you happen to get a mechanical issue. The best way to describe this option is that it's like having a trail/road side assistance insurance for cyclists.
